Pre-Qualification
The first step in any custom build is to secure your funding and get pre-qualified. You can work with a mortgage broker, bank or any other financial institution, but this step will determine how much you can spend on the home build and purchase of the land.

Choose Your Home Site and Plan
Once the money is sorted, our team can get to work and provide you with the new construction home sites that we currently have available. Once you choose a community, we can start narrowing down the plans for the home and find a plan that will meet your specific needs and wants.

Get Your Quote
Next, our team will provide a detailed quote on the base home costs, other options and the lot itself. This quote will allow you to see where you have some wiggle room to customize or select higher finishes later.

Site Survey and Foundation
As soon as you approve and agree with the quote, our team will start the site survey, which will lay out the location of the home and allow our foundation team to prep and pour the foundation.

Building
Once the foundation cures, our building team will start its job. Generally, the process is as follows:

New Home Orientation
The second to last step is to walk you through your new home and provide a detailed orientation with our team. We will review how to maintain and operate all the systems and ensure that you are comfortable with the overall look and feel of the home.

Inspection and Closing
The final step is a third-party inspection of the property, done by 2M Quality, and a final sweep for any defections, missing paint or loose fixtures. Once that is done, we will hand over the keys, and you can enjoy your new home!
